Arlyn Fulton delivering keynote
[09-10-10] The Persimmon Group's own Arlyn Fulton will be delivering the keynote presentation at the Northeast Oklahoma ASTD Call Center Forum on September 10th. Arlyn will be speaking on "First you have to care, delivering proactive customer service in the contemporary call center." The forum will be held at St. Gregory's University in Tulsa from 8:00am to 1:00pm. We hope to see you there!
